How do I place an order?
Please, if your item comes in different colors, carefully choose your correct color choice before clicking "ADD TO CART".
You will then be directed to the Checkout page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.
Can we order more than one product ?
Yes there is no limit per client.
When will my order arrive?
We ship worldwide so please allow between 7 to 12 business days to deliver to UK and 10 to 20 business days to deliver to USA.
How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been processed and is leaving our warehouse, you will receive another e-mail with shipping information.
Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?
Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.
What if I didn’t receive my order in the time frame advised from the moment of getting the shipping notification?

We are based in London in United Kingdom. Our international warehouse is located in China which is a strategical location.
I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?
Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact our customer care department within two days of receipt by emailing to email@example.com.Please quote your name and order number in the subject of your email to us.

Cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours after an order is placed.
